ENTREPRENEUR

David has built 5 startups, achieved 3 successful exits, raised over $100 million, and advised more than 100 companies. He is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Growth at Wisy.

As a multifaceted polymath and an alkemist, David combines more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and investor with his journey into yoga. This unique blend informs his human-centric approach to entrepreneurship.

David understands that Silicon Valley is a mindset that augments high-growth ecosystems. From this very baseline, he has derived his blueprint for sustainably building Seed to Series B companies.

David was part of the leadership team at Handy, which was acquired by ANGI, and he also co-founded startups that were acquired by Nextel (which was later acquired by Sprint/T-Mobile) and BP Solar (a subsidiary of BP). At the helm of a Silicon Valley Co-Lab program Dojo, David served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), collaborating with various Fortune 100 companies, sports leagues, and think tanks, including the NFLPA, Fanatics, Toyota, GM, DMI and IFTF. The venture builder Satya emerged as the culmination of David's work, concentrating on early-stage startups focused on societal innovation. His aim was to accelerate and mitigate the risks of ideas by emphasizing growth and product.

“Try is the thief of time.”
